PROJECT NEEDS
For our school district, communicating with our employees is really important. We have 6000 employees so we had a need to connect with those employees at 42 different sites – that’s beyond our capability. So, we reached out to CCX Media for help. What we really wanted was peace of mind and confidence that this was going to work, and it did, so we were very satisfied about the work that was done. I think the evidence of that is we are a return customer with CCX. We trust what CCX does. You know, our employees don’t know who’s behind the scenes doing the work, but we know and when we need to find somebody who will support us and be able to get our message out, we’ll go to CCX.
EXTENSION OF ANOKA-HENNEPIN SCHOOLS’ BRAND
There’s always a little bit of nervousness because we try to do these projects that are beyond our scope, beyond our capabilities, so when we bring in vendors, people to help us, they’re kind of an extension of our brand or what we want to do. So, we need a level of trust – that’s where CCX delivered for us in the past so we’re more likely to pick up that phone and call again and likely continue to do that because of the performance we received.
Our convocation is a big event. We’ll have 6000 people viewing this event at 42 different sites so we need the capability both to produce that event, create the images, and create the video, we also need to distribute that video. That’s what’s really helpful with CCX – we get the full package deal on that. We can wake up in the morning and go home at night, sleep well, knowing that we’re going to get a high quality production.
RECOMMENDING CCX MEDIA
The number one thing that I would say to someone who’s considering hiring CCX is you can trust these people. They’re going to do what they say they’re going to do. They’re going to be on time, provide good quality images, good quality audio. When you say you want to meet someone’s expectations, you keep raising the bar – you’ve met the expectations and exceeded them.
