Big Picture, a full-service creative group based in the San Francisco Bay Area, rented one of CCX Media’s studios for two hours to conduct a live shot/record. They were producing content for a customer’s annual conference and needed use of an insert studio for a segment of the show featuring one of their guests based in Minneapolis.
CCX Media provided the following:
- Studio with lighting
- Green screen for chroma key (graphic provided)
- Teleprompter
- Makeup artist
- Crew (teleprompter operator and two technicians)
- Audio/video send into Zoom (three other participants from other locations on the call)
- Mix-minus IFB for talent to hear other participants
- HD recording file uploaded to client
